Summer Gazpacho

These days, it's getting really hot in the city and you're looking for a healthy refreshment? Then try out my freestyle recipe of this delicious Gazpacho - you'll love it!

Ingredients:
- 1 small onion and 2 garlic cloves
- 2 or 3 small radishs (depends on how spicy they are)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper (I prefer red or yellow)
- 2 bigger tomatoes
- some slices of Watermelon
- some Strawberries (if you like it sweet and fruity)
- Parsley, Basil and Mint
- Balsamico vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper

Peel the onion and the garlic cloves and give it into a hot pan with some olive oil (only shortly, before it's getting to dark). Cut the bell pepper into slices and give it into the pan for a few minues (low heat). Wash everything else and put it in a mixer. Mix everything together, then add salt & pepper (as much as you want) and taste it before you add Parsley, Basil and Mint -  so you can decide which herbe and taste you like the most. Finally, you add the lemon juice and balsamico vinegar.
For decoration, leave some slices of bell pepper and cucumber (and strawberries) and cut it into really small pieces. You can roast some bread with olive oil in a pan as well. Enjoy your meal :)
